High energy vibe for all ages. Wait time just under 2hrs but we made our way upstairs to the balcony bar and were able to grab a table and order quickly. We ordered chicken salads, wings, chicken fingers and fries. The food was good, not the best in town but nothing to write a negative review about.
Things I noticed on site: outside seating, dancing, high energy interactive band, sand zone/tunnel system, photo prop area, 5 bars throughout the area, wish wall, slide from upstairs into the gift shop, tables to dance on, interactive announcer, visually it’s a picture perfect location and local to other attractions. Try the infamous shark attack drink!
Definitely a must go if your in the Myrtle Beach area. This was one of our favorite places.

This place is an awesome and unique place to hangout! I really liked the outside area place for kids to play, outdoor bars, and live music stage. Plenty of space to move around. Inside dining is large with many 12 top tables which was great for our party of ten. The food was above average for a tourist spot. The inside dining is very large and very loud! Plenty of great large screen tv’s would be a great place for football. They also have an outdoor dining area which would be less noisy. I really wanted to do 4.6 stars so went with five. I tried to take a lot of pictures to demonstrate the uniqueness of this establishment. I recommend for locals and tourists definitely want to give this one a visit!

We had previously visited The Hangout in Orange Beach, Alabama and knew what to expect! This place was as awesome as we remembered! We got the dry rub wings for an app and they were solid. I got the lifeguard burger and it was as advertised, it even came with a whistle! My son got the Waygu burger and said it was good. Youngest daughter got the kids popcorn shrimp (actually came with popcorn) and a side of Mac and cheese. She loved all of it and my wife said it was the best mac and cheese ever! Oldest daughter got the glazed salmon and loved it. My wife got the crab legs and while they tasted good she remembered how much she doesn’t enjoy cracking them. Something about all that work and not much to show for it…haha. Anyway I definitely recommend eating here! Great atmosphere and great service!

Coming from Jersey, it was my first time here and it was extremely memorable. Great place to cut loose with family and friends and enjoy watching live entertainment and the servers party with you! Don’t come acting shy because this place will definitely make you wanna go crazy with the energy. I wanna come back for my next birthday! I have been to the hangout quite a few times since our move here and it will always be my favorite spot! My kids love it and every single staff member is absolutely amazing! Zabrina was top notch and my kids absolutely loved her! She got up and danced with my girls and made sure they felt included in the entire experience!
